5 Ways to Build Self–Confidence

People who lack in self-confidence usually are caused by bad or hard experiences in their past life, such as abusive life, traumatic events or obesity. What you have to believe is by confidence you will inspire confidence in others.

In fact, there a number of things that everyone can do to arouse their self-confidence. Despite, self-confidence can show in many ways such as through your behavior, body language and the way you talk. Whatever it is just do those that you feel most comfortable with. Here are some tips:


1. Personality Change

When you meet people you need to look attractive and tidy. It’s important to get other people confident with your personality. Besides when you meet new people it gives you the opportunity to share your views and gain different opinion from them. 

2. Socialize

If you trying to build your confidence you need to be more socialize by meet other people and mingle around. Go have a conversation with someone you don’t know by exchange views or experience. Don’t let yourself staying in comfort zone by afraid to taking risks and fearing failure. 

3. Be Yourself 

Spend more time with the people who support and encourage you and less with those who underestimate you. The most important is don’t try to be somebody you’re not because it doesn't work. Just be yourself! 

4. Don’t Overthink

Just do whatever things that you enjoy doing and remind yourself you deserve it. Don’t let other people decide what you want and what is the best for you. It’s fine to get others opinion, but the final decision you need to made. Avoid overthinking, because sometimes it can kill your confidence level.

5. Share opinion 

Don’t be afraid to share your opinion with others what’s running in your mind. Who knows that will be the topic to start the conversation. Whatever it is, try to go outside of your comfort zone regularly. Don’t expect anything. Sometimes you can just speak your mind in spontaneous way. Sometimes it works.
