6 Jan 2015

1. Express the Pain

Don’t ignore or keep your pain too long because it can make you feel down, depressed, lonely and pain. You may experience all kinds of difficult emotions and it may feel like the pain and sadness you're experiencing will never let up. For real healing it is necessary to express your feeling that hurt you with someone you trust or just writing a letter you never send to that person. Just show and share your true feelings it might help you.

2. Forgive Yourself

Everyone in this world makes mistakes. Don’t let yourself live in your past mistakes. It will leave you feeling hopeless, helpless, guilty and depressed. Even though memories keep recirculating when all you want is for them to disappear. What you can do is forgive yourself and slowly let go all the sad memories day by day and eventually the feeling will pass, you’ll be fine.

3. Stay Strong

Be strong doesn't mean you cannot cry to relieve your feeling. Crying doesn't mean you are weak. Crying is a normal response towards sadness. once you've done crying, you have to get your life back. And last but not least you have to believe God only give you as much as you can handle, because He knows how strong you are even you don't.

4. Letting Go

Maybe its not easy but you need to try to forget what you deserve. Letting go is never easy, but then again it’s not supposed to be. Day by day, the feeling will pass and you’ll be okay. Make your life fulfilled again, just do things that make you happy with people who makes you happy.

5. Moving Forward

In order to be free, we must learn how to let go. Release the hurt. Life must go on. In the process of letting go and moving forward you will lose so many things from the past, but you will find yourself. When you stay stuck in regret of the life you think you should have had but in the end you will have a hard time ever being happy. Remember! You just can't move forward if you don't let go of the past.
